Every Strawgrass item is made to order and shipped directly to you. Here is what to expect.
Apparel, headwear, and hard goods are embroidered or printed by our fulfillment partners once you order; the spa collection is produced by our clean-beauty partners. Nothing is pre-stocked, which keeps the line fresh and waste low.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus transit time.
Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days from the order date. International orders generally take 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart. Spa and apparel items may ship separately from different partners, occasionally in more than one parcel.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking where available.
International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes assessed by their country.
