Because every item is made to order, our returns policy is a little different from an off-the-shelf shop.

Made-to-order items

Apparel, headwear, and the spa collection are produced specifically for your order, so we’re generally unable to accept returns for a change of mind or a sizing miss. Please use the size guide on each product page, and reach out before ordering if you’re unsure.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for your bank to post the credit.
