Strawgrass is a private club at heart. Membership is limited, personal, and extended by invitation — a standing place at the prairie estate.
A Strawgrass membership is less a transaction than an introduction to a way of spending time — the course whenever you like, a table that knows you, the spa and pool at hand, and a calendar of gatherings among people you’ll be glad to know. We keep the roll short so the estate never feels crowded and every member is known by name.
Initiation is one-time; annual dues are separate and quoted on application. Memberships are limited and subject to committee approval.
Membership begins with an introduction. Reach out, or be introduced by a current member, and we’ll arrange a private conversation about what you’re looking for in a club.
We host prospective members for a tour of the grounds, a round on the course, and a meal at The Sheaf — the best way to know whether Strawgrass is your kind of place.
Each candidate is sponsored by a member in good standing. New to the club? We’ll help facilitate an introduction during your visit.
A short written application, including your sponsor’s endorsement and a few words on why you’d like to join.
The committee reviews each application personally. We keep the membership small by design, so review is thoughtful and unhurried.
Approved candidates receive an invitation to join, and with it, the full privileges of the Strawgrass membership.
